제일 친한 미국인 친구가 sub-lease 놓는다고 해서 관련 내용 올립니다. 종종 방문하는 집인데 넓고 깨끗해서 추천할만 하고, 학교와도 꽤나 가깝습니다.

Subletting (or re-letting) a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment at 310 Cedar St. in Champaign. The apartment is on the second floor (and top floor) with in unit washer/dryer. There is a balcony and neighbors are quiet. Rent is $860 a month which includes trash, sewage and cable. You can add a parking spot for addition $50.

The apartment is furnished with the sofas, coffee and dining table, desk, and bed. There is a microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher.
